1. Return Eligibility

You may be eligible to return a product under the following conditions:

  • The product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags, manuals, and accessories

⚠️ Non-returnable items:

  • Used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Custom, clearance, or charity-linked items unless defective

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at oakscrofthome@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include your Order ID, reason for return, and a photo/video of the issue
  3. Our team will verify the issue and guide you through the process

3. Pickup & Reverse Logistics

  • If eligible, we will schedule a reverse pickup
  • In remote areas, we may ask you to courier the item to us and share the receipt for reimbursement

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Razorpay, UPI, bank, etc.)

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — you may request a return instead after delivery

6. Important Note on Lucky Draw Eligibility

🔔 Returned or cancelled orders will not be eligible for the Mega Lucky Draw Offer.
Only successfully delivered and completed purchases will qualify for participation.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First check your bank or Razorpay account
  • Contact your payment provider
  • If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received it, please contact us at oakscrofthome@gmail.com
